ABOUT

People, culture, operations and change.

I’m Suk-Han Tang. I have a French and Hong Kong background and have lived in Germany for almost 20 years. I’ve worked in international organisations, startups and growing companies, partnering with founders and senior leaders, building HR, People and operational structures, leading teams across Europe, Asia and Africa, and helping organisations through growth, restructuring and change.

Alongside leadership and organisational work, I’ve spent years supporting managers and employees through decisions, transitions and uncertainty through mentoring, facilitation and coaching.

The roles have changed over the years, but the focus has stayed the same: understanding what is really going on, bringing clarity to complexity, and helping people find a pragmatic way forward.

What shaped my work.

My work has evolved through organisational consulting, HR, People & Culture, operations, leadership and change. Working both as an external adviser and inside organisations has given me a broad view of how decisions, structures and people affect each other in practice.

Over the years, I’ve built teams and processes, partnered with senior leaders, supported employees and managers, and worked through growth, restructuring and organisational change. I’ve complemented that experience with training in management consulting, leadership, HR, employment law, communication and coaching.

Studying Product Design shaped my way of thinking: looking at how people interact with systems and environments, questioning what is not working, and trying to make things clearer and more useful.

Mentoring, facilitation and coaching became a natural extension of that work, giving me another way to support people through decisions, uncertainty and transition.

How I work.

Human

I pay attention to what is being said, what is not being said, and how people, structures and context affect each other. Although I use AI extensively, I don’t confuse efficiency with understanding.

Curious

I ask questions, look for patterns and want to understand what is really going on before deciding what to do.

Pragmatic

I care about what works in real life. I like clear solutions that fit the situation, rather than forcing a method or process because that is how it is “supposed” to be done.

What I offer

Support for transition, clarity and next steps.

Practical support for organisations navigating growth, change and complexity.
